Returns. All returns must be made within 7days of receiving your order. All returns or exchange items must be returned in new condition with all original packing.

How to Order
If you are ordering through Direct Deposit:
- Find the product you are looking for by browsing our products.
- One you have found the product you want to purchase, simply select the quantity you are after and click on "Add to Basket."
- Our pricing includes GST, but not freight. Freight is automatically added to your order once you have created an account with us.
- From here, simply follow the process through, filling out your details and clicking continue.
- Once you get to the order confirmation page, by default "Direct Deposit" should be selected. Simply click confirm and wait for your order to process. A tax invoice will automatically be created. Our bank details will be on the invoice, and the option for you to print the invoice out for your records will be presented. The invoice will also be sent to your email address, as well as our bank details for payment.
- Once your deposit has shown up in our bank account we will ship your order.
- Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days from the time of shipping. We will send you an email to let you know that your payment has been confirmed, and another one to confirm your goods have been sent.
If you are ordering through Credit Card:
- Find the product you are looking for by browsing our products. Our products can be viewed by category, by brand or by price.
- One you have found the product you want to purchase, simply select the quantity you are after and click on "Add to Basket."

- From here, simply follow the process through, filling out your details and clicking continue.
- Once you get to the order confirmation page, select "Credit Card" as your payment method. Then click confirm and wait for your order to process. You will be taken to Paymate's website, where if you have a Paymate account you can select to login, or if you don't simply select "Pay without account."
- You are now taken to a secure payment form where you can enter your credit card details. Once paid submit the form.
- A payment confirmation page will now be displayed. Make sure you click "Continue" to be taken back to the website where a tax invoice will be produced.
